Soraya Robertson is a senior leader and change management expert with over 20 years’ experience working in organisational development, leadership, and transformation across aviation, technology, and healthcare. She most recently led the Portfolio Benefits and Change Management function at NATS, strengthening change capability, culture, and leadership within the UK’s air navigation services.

As a UK Co-Lead for the Change Management Institute, Soraya leads a national team of volunteers delivering a diverse programme of professional engagement and development. She collaborates with global peers to advance the Institute’s values and standards for people-centred change. Drawing on deep experience in organisational development, leadership, and coaching, Soraya brings a powerful perspective on how inclusion becomes real — when it’s woven into the way organisations design and lead change.
