Ollie Taylor leads employer and university partnerships at upReach, an award-winning social mobility charity dedicated to helping working-class undergraduates secure top graduate roles. In his role as Head of Partnerships, Ollie works closely with employers including PwC, Bank of America and Disney to design and deliver impactful programmes spanning mentoring, attraction and application support, and work experience and internship opportunities. This empowers HR teams and D&I leaders to attract diverse talent, build inclusive recruitment practices, and deliver tangible results for their social mobility objectives. Previously, Ollie started his career as an apprentice at KPMG Bristol, and holds an Executive Masters in Leadership from City, University of London.
