Having spent 15 years working in national press and global publishing, Lucinda started her coaching career by running her own business before joining Talking Talent​ in 2019. Since then her experience has grown and she’s been responsible for leading many high profile coaching programmes at Talking Talent. These programmes have ranged from supporting working parents, underrepresented talent and embedding inclusive leadership. Now as Global Head of Market Solutions Lucinda’s focus is on creating world class coaching experiences, based in research, that support businesses to build brilliant inclusive cultures where everybody belongs. As a coach Lucinda enjoys working with clients to explore their barriers to growth, supporting them to get clear on what long term, sustainable success means to them.
