Karen Leigh Anderson brings over thirty years of business experience, from corporate roles with IBM, Oracle and Investec to two decades supporting organisations to create employment-led social impact, including as a lecturer and business advisor at Cambridge Judge Business School. When Karen discovered that Greyston Bakery in New York had been implementing Open Hiring successfully since 1982, she was determined to promote it. At her introduction, Start Foundation have been pioneering the model in the Netherlands for eight years. They are now working together to support UK employers ready to try a radically simpler way to hire.
