Charlotte is a Senior Manager at AMS - focussed on Inclusion & Innovation, working predominantly within the financial services sector with most of her experience being partnering with Barclays Bank. Charlotte has a varied background within Talent Acquisition, across recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, talent community management, project management and recruitment operations. More recently she has focussed on continuous improvement and constantly innovating and implementing different recruitment technologies, but you’ll most likely find her with her other hat on – speaking passionately about Diversity Equity and Inclusion to anyone that will listen!
